Exchange and Return Policy

We are been to provide better customer service. You can replace the products that are subject to this within a maximum period of 7 days from the date you receive the product Provided that it is in its original condition and in its original packaging
Return and exchange service is not available outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

When the order is refused, the return and exchange policy will be applied to the product

The replacement process is free, but the return process requires deducting the shipping costs for the product

Baytonia store is not responsible for damaged products caused by international shipping
Baytonia reserves the right to refuse to return or change the product at any time at its discretion

Terms of Return and Exchange

The product to be exchanged or returned must be unused and in its original condition

Request to replace damaged or damaged parts by contacting us within 24 hours from the date of receiving the products

In the event that the returned product includes free gifts and will not be returned with the main product, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the value of the returned amount and will not be calculated for free

The refund will be a credit and you can use it in the next purchase. Please note that the balance is paid upon receipt

Return and exchange procedures 
 1/ Raise the return or exchange ticket within 24 hours of receiving the request by filling out the questionnaire provided below

*Only one ticket must be raised per order

After that, the customer will be contacted by the customer service team within 4 working days to provide him with the required procedures.
2 / Within a working week, the shipping company will deliver the shipment from the customer
3 / Within a working week, the shipment will be delivered to Beitunia warehouse

4 / The integrity of the shipment will be ensured, it will be inventoried and re-entered into the system
5/ The replacement shipment will be sent in the event of a replacement request, and in the event of a return request, the amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account or via credit card within approximately 10-14 working days with deduction of shipping costs

Shipping costs

1/ The value of shipping for small pieces is 60 riyals, and furniture and carpets range from 150-500 depending on the weight of the shipment and the city of the customer. 
2 / If there is a defect in the product due to a third party (shipping company, product agent, manufacturing defect) Baytonia store will take care of replacing the product and the amount cannot be refunded

3/In the event that the order is worth 500 or more and you get free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted when requesting a return
